Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. We will send you a return shipping label if approved
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  6. Ship the item back to us using the provided label

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged products: For defective, damaged products, or if you received the wrong item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other reasons: For returns due to other reasons (e.g., if the item does not meet your expectations or does not fit), we will also fully cover the return shipping costs.

Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
